These Terms govern your use of Introgram (introgram.io, associated apps, and the Introgram WhatsApp service) ("Introgram", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Introgram, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Introgram analyzes publicly available social profile information to provide insights, vibe cards, match scores, suggested comments and message openers, and related tools ("Service"). Introgram is an assistance tool: all suggestions are drafts; you decide what to send, and you send it yourself. Introgram performs no automated actions on any third-party platform and never requests your social media credentials.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred except under an Enterprise agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, or spam any person, or to contact anyone who has asked you not to;
- analyze or attempt to analyze private accounts or profiles of minors;
- use outputs for unlawful discrimination, surveillance, or any unlawful purpose;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access controls; scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service; use bots or multiple accounts to game features (including the Leaderboard);
- misrepresent Introgram output as a person's own private information — outputs are AI-generated interpretations of public content;
- violate the terms of the platforms you use (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) when acting on our suggestions. You are solely responsible for messages you send and their consequences.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with refunds governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Plans, Quotas & Billing
Paid plans (currently Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) are billed in advance via Razorpay, monthly or annually. Indian users are billed in INR with GST as applicable; GST invoices are issued. Non-Indian users may see prices in USD based on region; final settlement currency is confirmed at checkout. Analysis quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades apply from the next cycle. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the period ends. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
Outputs (insight cards, vibe titles, match scores, suggested messages) are AI-generated, directional, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Match scores are probabilistic indications based on public content, not verified facts. Do not rely on outputs as professional, hiring, investment, or factual advice about any person. Verify before you act; you are responsible for your decisions and communications.
6. Third-Party Platforms & Data
Introgram is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or WhatsApp. Availability of public profile data depends on third-party sources and may change or be interrupted; we may modify or discontinue features affected by such changes. Deep links open third-party apps governed by their own terms.
7. Your Content & License
You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., pasted text, screenshots, saved notes). You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. If you opt into public features (e.g., the Leaderboard or shared cards), you grant us a license to display that entry publicly until you withdraw it. Feedback you send may be used without obligation.
8. Our IP
The Service, including software, design, branding ("Introgram"), card formats, and content we create, is owned by Introgram or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. Generated cards may be shared for personal, non-deceptive use with the Introgram watermark intact.
9. Referral, Leaderboard & Promotional Features
Referral rewards, leaderboard prizes, and promotional credits have no cash value, may be modified or withdrawn for abuse, and are void where prohibited. Leaderboard participation is opt-in and may be moderated; we may remove entries and reverse rewards obtained through manipulation.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Indian consumer protection law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Introgram against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or messages and actions you take based on Service outputs.
12. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate for breach, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or others. Sections 5–11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection rights, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
